Drugs

Drugs are everywhere, some are good some are bad, but most of the time all are addicting. It is smart to stay away from all drugs unless perscrobed to you by a doctor. Today im going to talk about one drug in particular, Morphine.

Morphine is a narcotic pain killer. It is also called Avinza, Kadian, (ect.). Morphine can be ingested by tablets, capsules, or needles. Never overdose on Morphine because it can be harmful to your mind and body. Never give morphine to someone who has dealt with addiction in the past, as it can become highly addicting, and always be aware if someone is using morphine in your household.

Side effects for taking overdoeses of morphine is as follows:
-shallow breathing
-slow heartbeat
-cold/clammy skin
-confusion
-severe weakness or dizziness
-light-headed/fainting

Call a doctor IMMEADIATELY if you are taking morphine and notice any of these side effects.

Fighting Stress

Hey! ShadowRose here! This blog is all about stress and fighting it! I have always dealt with stress. Stress is everywhere, in school, at home, in realationships with friends and family. Stress can even be about things you love, like sports or reading. It is hard deal with stress and even harder to fight with it, but there are little tips and things that can help you. For example if your having trouble at home, tell your family how you feel and ask if you could have a calm, open discussion. I'm sure they will agree. If you are having trouble with school ask your teachers for help or go to the guidance counsler, you might think they dont car but it's there job to help teens like us, thats why they took the job. : ) I will be posting regularly and if you need tips on any specific ways to deal with stress then just ask, tell next time!!!
